FAQs

Do I Need A Patch Test?
Tinting of brows or lashes, HD Brows and LVL Lashes all require a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. This can either be collected from our salon or posted to your address.



Are You Child Friendly?

Yes we are happy for you to bring your child if you need to, but your child will be your responsibility while in the salon. As we work with sharp objects and some products may contain chemicals please ensure your child will be able to sit and not disturb any other customers from enjoying their treatment.



Do You Have WiFi?

Yes we have free WiFi access at the salon. Please ask your therapist for the password. Please ensure while in the salon that your phones/tablets are switched to silent in respect of other customers.



Is There Parking Available?

Yes there is free parking available within the grounds of Westhill Business Centre where we are located.



Do You Have An Age Restriction In Place?

No we do not but all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.



Do I Need To Inform My Therapist That I Am Pregnant?

Yes we do need to know if you are pregnant before your appointment begins as some treatments may have to be restricted or may be unavailable while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. All information given to your therapist is of course treated in the strictest confidence.



If I Have A Medical Condition Can I Have A Treatment?

It is best to contact the salon direct before making an appointment if you have had or are currently undergoing a medical treatment so we can ensure the treatment you would like is suitable for you.



How Can I Pay For My Treatment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards apart from AMEX. We also accept cash, personal cheque or Applepay.

Please note that some treatments will require a patch test 48 hours before the appointment so please bear this in mind when choosing your booking date and time.
