Do I Need A Patch Test?
Tinting of brows or lashes, HD Brows, Henna Brows, LVL Lashes, Classic Lash Extensions and Microdermabrasion all require a patch test either 48 or 24 hours before your appointment. This can be collected from our salon.
Are You Child Friendly?
Due to the current Pandemic we are unable to have children accompany you to the salon.
Do You Have WiFi?
We do not have WiFi available for customers. Due to the current pandemic we request that you only you a mobile phone for emergencies.
Is There Parking Available?
Yes there is free parking available within the grounds of Westhill Business Centre where we are located.
Do You Have An Age Restriction In Place?
Some treatments do have a minimum age of 16. For the treatments that can be carried out on under 16’s the child must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I Need To Inform My Therapist That I Am Pregnant?
Yes we do need to know if you are pregnant before your appointment begins as some treatments may have to be restricted or may be unavailable while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. All information given to your therapist is of course treated in the strictest confidence.
If I Have A Medical Condition Can I Have A Treatment?
It is best to contact the salon direct before making an appointment if you have had or are currently undergoing a medical treatment so we can ensure the treatment you would like is suitable for you.
How Can I Pay For My Treatment?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including AMEX. Also ApplePay and Samsung. We DO NOT accept cash payments.
